Precision Milling & Turning
xVI Technologies has extensive experience handling the most challenging materials, metal & ceramic.  Typical Machine Shop tolerances are +/- 0.001 but xVI's experienced machinists are comfortable of working in the 0.0001 range as well.    Our engineers and CAD CAM packages can turn your ideas into cost effective and robust machining programs.

Fabrication
xVI's engineers and technicians are extremely skilled at fabricating fixtures, complex sub-assemblies and fully integrated devices.  xVI has in house Mig & Tig welding capabilities and through our vast networks we have contracts with local facilities that routinely provide us with flame, laser or water jet cutting.

Assembly
xVI focuses upon complex and precise optical and thermal assemblies that require nano-scale accuracy.  Our experience ranges from the most basic sub-assemblies and "build-to-print" tasks, to the challenge of optical alignment and integration of CTE controlled materials into complete High Power Laser assemblies.
